Happy St Paddy's day from the Emerald Isle!!!

Posted by SuperChick - March 17th, 2014

Hey guys, happy St. Patricks day from the northern part of the Emerald Isle!!!!

Well since I’m from Northern Ireland there are actually some things that I have been wondering about how you guys celebrate St. Patricks Day? I understand that most people drink alcohol and all instead of praising the saint…

So there were some things I was wondering about, in some countries some people pinch others when their not wearing green, we actually don’t do that here, well I’ve never been pinched when I’m not wearing any green on St. Paddy’s.

I don’t drink a lot of alcohol either, I actually only drink two or three glasses of cocktails.

When it comes to St Patricks day, me and my family go on a run to a seaport town called Portrush, I do have a few vivid memories of witnessing people who have been drinking in other places and recall a woman running around cursing flagging her Manchester scarf all over the place.

I think we do have a couple of parades at some parts of the country but I’m just curious about how other people celebrate St Patricks day in other countries…

Anyway sorry for not posting much, I’m currently doing a music video and a Digital design course.

So hopefully after all this I can animate a view here and there, I have been writing plots and scripts more than usual lately.

So I might post some up here later…

I'm not a big drinker much anymore, but I do like a pint of Guinness... although I'm kinda peeved they (the beer company) boycotted a parade here in the NE today, because gaylesbianwhatever's can't march with a huge banner... I thought St, Patricks day was about the holiday and not folks dressed up weird to scare little children...
